"Been with State Farm for 8 years before this. Their employees cancelled my policy, in error WITHOUT my permission in November, WITHOUT notifying ME (the policy holder). So had no auto insurance for 2 months without knowing. When I checked my statements and didn't see a charge from State Farm and I called in of course, only for them to tell me that too much time had passed since they cancelled it, due to THEIR ERROR, they "couldn't" reinstate my policy. Then they offered me a new policy that cost over DOUBLE what I was paying for the SAME coverage. There's plenty of other options so take your business elsewhere. Bad business here."

"I had got an insurance quote, it was high. The lady said it would come down after the one speeding ticket i had was passed 3 years. She called back after the 3 years had passed. My current insurer did not offer me a better rate. I switched to State Farm for the better rate. Then the rate ended up being around the same price, no cheaper. Then a couple months passed and the rate increased almost $300/mo. That is insane. And i had paid the insane premium to keep insurance. I didn’t have time to research insurance rates. I found insurance for cheaper. The refund for the insane premium i paid was less than what it should be. I would say they screwed me. This place is a joke.
