"I had got an insurance quote, it was high. The lady said it would come down after the one speeding ticket i had was passed 3 years. She called back after the 3 years had passed. My current insurer did not offer me a better rate. I switched to State Farm for the better rate. Then the rate ended up being around the same price, no cheaper. Then a couple months passed and the rate increased almost $300/mo. That is insane. And i had paid the insane premium to keep insurance. I didn’t have time to research insurance rates. From the lack in customer service respect, customer communications and explanations, lost my vehicle for 2 weeks, never paid for my rental when I had coverage. Raises my rate every OTHER month. The general manager refuses to contact customers after apologizing for the vehicle loss mistake. Switched to State Farm about 3 years ago and it had been a complete and utter nightmare of me circling back every 1-2 months for an explanation and never receiving one, I’m a customer asking for a reasoning. It’s never ending disappoints! I do not recommend them."
