"Absolutely awful! I will NEVER recommend anyone here. From the lack in customer service respect, customer communications and explanations, lost my vehicle for 2 weeks, never paid for my rental when I had coverage. Raises my rate every OTHER month. The general manager refuses to contact customers after apologizing for the vehicle loss mistake. Switched to State Farm about 3 years ago and it had been a complete and utter nightmare of me circling back every 1-2 months for an explanation and never receiving one, I’m a customer asking for a reasoning. It’s never ending disappoints! I do not recommend them."
